The Rules of Engagement
- Rule 1
- Chase cows and your ride is over Bucko!! (How loud can you say "Toro?")
- Rule 2
- When lightening is zapping things on the hills, get off the hills! Make mental notes of where you can get shelter when bad weather blows in. Watch out for flash floods!
- Rule 3
- All low water crossings have BIG holes in them. If you don't know where the holes are, WALK!
- Rule 4
- There is safety in numbers! NEVER ride alone.
- Rule 5
- Any riders not to the cutoff by 12:00 P.M. (noon) will have to take the shorter route. NO EXCEPTIONS!
- Rule 6
- USE YOUR HEAD for something other than a crash cushion. WEAR A HELMET!
- Rule 7
- Obey all traffic laws! Yes, this means you should stop at the ONE stop sign.
- Rule 8
- Have more fun than human beings should be allowed to have!
