The Lemming Syndrome
Be advised that in the Flint Hills not all paths will lead you to righteousness and goodness. In fact, it is quite possible to take the easy road straight to you know where. Be aware that at any given intersection the people ahead of you may be lost. You do not need to follow them there. If your map skills and sense of direction tell you to take the straight and narrow path, take it. Be not tempted to go the way of the errant cyclist just because their tracks go somewhere you are not. Remember what happens to the lemmings when they follow the guys ahead of them.
